Florida Poop Police was created around the sole purpose of ensuring you and the rest of the communites neighboring have a safe and fun yard. To ensure this happens Florida Poop Police will scoop your poop and Maintain Quality work, safety, and reliability. From Making sure your furry family member(s) have a safe place to walk, play and sniff around without having to find their own poop in the process. We strive to have a fun experience with everyone apart of our Poop Police family. Our team is here to serve and scoop the poop!

Wet poop or dry poop. any kind of poop in your yard will get scooped up. No residue will be left behind. We use a Portable power washer that will only be used on the wet poop to eradicate any and all extra poop left behind after the scooping. Say goodbye to any and all doody that lingers. Once removed, the treated area will then gets sprayed with a dog and any kind of animal, safe spray to sanitzie and deodorize the spots where the poop once use to loiter.

Services & Pricing

Policies

-Billing

• Please note that we take payments in advance to ensure it has been received within 24 hrs. Our service is provided at an at will basis. If deciding to cancel our services at anytime, NO refund will be issued. This ensures our payment processing. If your card is declined, we will stop all services temporarily until the issue has been resolved. If more than 30 days has passed since last clean up. Your account will be charged a first time clean. If there is no payment after 30 days the account will be sent to collections.

-Dog Waste Removal Services

• Florida Poop Police offers residential and commercial pet waste removal services. These services include One Time Cleanings, Once a Week, Twice a week and thrice a week Cleaning. All pricing is based on an area size of an ¼ of an acre. Larger areas will have an additional charge that needs to be personally quoted by the Florida Poop Police.

-Work site Conditions

• Leaves, long grass and yard debris can hinder our results as the poop can be camouflaged, or covered, thus causing us to possibly miss some waste. In yards where we suffer these challenges, we cannot guarantee a thorough cleaning we want to provide.

• If we are unable to provide any service due to fault of our own such as illness or injury and are unable to make it up later in the week, credit will be given to the account.

• It's our obligation to provide a safe work environment for the Poop Police. Thus we need to ensure that they have safe walkways to service areas and for yards to be cleared of anything that could be dangerous, such as construction materials, or gardening items, etc. in order for them to service your yard. Therefore, we need your help to make sure the areas of concern and understand that until the area is safe, we will not be able to provide service.

-Weather Conditions

• Florida Poop Police, will work through rain as long as we can safely do so. The customer understands we cannot work through severe thunderstorms, high winds, extremely high temperatures or flooding Florida Poop Police is a weekly subscription service. We do not offer refunds for missed weeks due to weather. Therefore in these cases, we will skip service for that week, and see you the following week. A refund will not be issued as we still have to pick up all of the poop that would have been scooped the prior week. If you need the area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us and we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee it. Additionally, we do not want to tear up your yard in any way. If yard is really muddy, we may skip your yard and wait until the next scheduled visit when the yard has dried out.

Our site may collect general information about the service you are requesting such as the type of property and area needing service, the type and number of pets you have, and general information about your pet’s behavior. We collect information about you in order to provide you with our services. We use personal information about our users for a variety of purposes related to our business, your information is for Florida Poop Police use only. We will never sell your information or send it to third parties.

We may provide user information to third-party service providers or vendors for purposes of, including without limitation, processing your payments or sending information to you, data tracking, maintenance or development of our system. We may also share your personal information in connection with law enforcement requests or in response to investigations, subpoenas, court orders, or other legal processes to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims or as otherwise required by law.

-Terms of Service

• Florida Poop Police is an independently owned and operated business (“us,” “we” or “our”) that provides pet-waste removal services to residences, businesses and commercial properties, you agree to the following terms of service (“Terms”) that govern the sales and services provided by us (“Services”). By accepting the Services you hire us for, you are bound to these Terms.

• The customer understands our ability to provide the Services can be dependent on weather, condition of grass height, access to your yard which is your own responsibility, and other unknown outside influences.
